• For order enquiries: delivery postcode/town, the products and quantities you're interested in;
• For trade enquiries: company name, job title, business type and estimated volume;

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange orders or trade supply, and keep a record of our correspondence with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps to enter into a contract at your request.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox, hosted by our email/hosting provider. Where an order is best fulfilled through our retail partner HS Global, we will tell you before passing on any details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
